Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Wooden Wonders, each item is carefully crafted and made to order, often personalized to your specifications. Because of this, we have a limited returns policy.


Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalised products (including engraved items, pet memorials, custom clocks, and personalised gift boxes) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We kindly ask that you double-check all spelling, dates, and custom details before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a suitable resolution at our discretion

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery & Collection

  • We currently offer delivery within the Western Cape only
  • Collection is available in Somerset West

Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
